Indian Yogurt Sauce

Description

Indian Yogurt Sauce with Cucumber and Cumin

Ingredients

2⁄3 cups Plain greek yogurt
1 small cucumber (peeled)
1⁄2 an avocado (pitted)
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1⁄2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1⁄4 teaspoon Cumin
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. 
  2. Pulse for 20 - 25 seconds until blended, but still a little chunky (ie. not completely smooth). 
  3. Serve as a dip/dressing with the Bombay Veggie Bowl
