1⁄2 cup Mild Roasted Green Chiles (chopped)

Instructions
Soak corn husks.
Assemble / prepare filling items
Prepare masa dough
Assemble tamales - add 1/4 cup masa dough per husk, centered with a small "tail" pulled towards the smaller end of the husk, top with a pinch of each filling item, then fold: bottom, left, right, top.
Steam tamales for 60 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly
Eat and enjoy!
Freeze unused portion for reheating in the oven, microwave, grill, or campfire.
