Ingredients

5 cups Spinach
1 bunch Kale (~8 stalks)
6 Medium Carrots
2 Golden Delicious Apples
1 Lemon (peeled)
3 Slices of Golden Honeydew (could substitute regular melon)

Instructions

  1. Juice all ingredients.
  2. Enjoy!
  3. Watch Shrek (optional)
