Black Bean Hummus


Black Bean Hummus // @noshandnourish


15 ounces Black Beans (drained)
1⁄4 cup Plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
1⁄2 teaspoon Cumin
3⁄4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. Open and drain black beans. Put them in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the black beans with a fork or an immersion blender.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve with chips, pita slices, or veggies.

Yields 10 Servings
