Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

   
---FOR THE SMOOTHIE BASE---
1 1⁄4 cup
Silk unsweetened almondmilk
1  
scoop of Vega Proteins + Greens
1 tablespoon
Ground Flax
1 tablespoon
Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 cups
mixed frozen berries, apples, and butternut squash
   
---FOR TOPPING---
   
fresh blueberries
   
fresh blackberries
   
unsweetened coconut shreds
   
chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender. Puree on high until smooth. If it seems too thick, add a splash more of almondmilk.
  2. Pour/spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Add the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
