Summer Quinoa Salad w/peaches and goat cheese // @noshandnourish


1 cup Cooked Quinoa
1 Peach (diced)
1⁄2 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
1 tablespoon honey
1⁄4 cup Walnut Pieces (optional)


  1. Cook your quinoa per its instructions.
  2. Cool it in the fridge.
  3. Then combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Serve cold.
