1 1⁄2 cupwatemelon (diced into small cubes)
2 1⁄2 cupsdiced grape tomatoes
1⁄2 cupwild blueberries (frozen and thawed, or fresh)
1 tablespoonMinced Garlic
1⁄2 tablespoonWHITE Balsamic Vinegar
1⁄4 cupdiced fresh basil
1⁄4 cupOlive Oil
1⁄4 teaspoonSea Salt
1⁄4 cupcrumbled feta
1 loafUdi's Millet Chia Bread (or sub french bread or crackers)
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until thoroughly combined.
- Serve with sliced bread (optional).
