{Chicken Chili}


Slow-Cooker Chicken Chili | No Sugar Sweet Life


1 pound Chicken Breasts
4 Pieces of Bacon
1 can Stokes Green Chili w/pork
1 can Sweet Kernel Corn (undrained)
1 can Black Beans (drained)
1 can Salsa (1 canful)
1 package Dry Guacamole Seasonings (I used the "Simply Organic" brand)
1⁄2 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Onion Flakes
4 Tomatoes (from garden, if possible!)
1 package Cream Cheese 1/3 Fat


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a slow-cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8.
  3. Shred chicken before serving.
  4. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and sliced avocado (optional)
