Blueberry Buttercream Frosting
16 tablespoons Butter (room temperature)
5 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Blueberry Juice*
2 tablespoons Vanilla Almond Milk
I used the blueberry juice from defrosted frozen blueberries.
- Combine all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl.
- Use a hand-mixer to combine and mix until creamy/fluffy -- approximately 2 minutes.
Yields 2 Cups
