Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie // via Nosh and Nourish

Ingredients

1 cup
Silk Unsweetened Cashewmilk
1 cup
frozen organic blueberries
1⁄3 cup
Cooked Quinoa
2 tablespoons
almond flour
1 tablespoon
Coconut Oil (I used the butter flavor from Now Foods --- sooo good!)
1  
scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (or sub your favorite protein powder)
1 tablespoon
Dark Amber Maple Syrup (or sub sweetener of choice)

Notes

*This is the butter flavored coconut oil I like to use.
*This is the vegan vanilla protein powder I like to use.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Enjoy!
