Chipotle Cheesy Corn Dip

Ingredients

15 ounces
Organic Sweet Kernel Corn
1⁄3 cup
Diced Green Chiles (I used mild)
1 cup
Plain greek yogurt
2 cups
Pepper Jack Cheese
2  
Egg Yolks
1⁄2 teaspoon
Sea Salt
1 tablespoon
Sweet Cherry Peppers, diced (I used the kind from a jar)
1 tablespoon
Chipotle Peppers, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Use non-stick spray to coat the inside of a pie pan. Pour cheesy mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
