Ingredients

1 pound
Chicken (cooked and shredded)

Sweet Potato (cubed)
2 cups
Frozen Corn
6 ounces
Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
2  
Carrots (sliced into thin rounds)
13 ounces
Diced Tomatoes
2 tablespoons
Nutritional Yeast
2 tablespoons
Cornstarch
32 ounces
Chicken broth
1 cup
Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon
Montreal Steak Seasoning (or your favorite chicken seasoning)
1 teaspoon
Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook 4 - 6 hours on high.
  3. Serve with provolone toast (optional).
