Roasted Golden Beets || No Sugar Sweet Life


Large Golden Beets
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon
1 dash
Sea Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut off stems and peel beets.
  3. Cut in half, then thinly slice them...about 1mm thick.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sliced beets in the olive oil and cumin. 
  5. Lay the beets flat in a single layer on a baking sheet (or two), lined with tin foil.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Enjoy them warm or cool/crispy!
