Kale & Corn Hash

Kale & Corn Hash | No Sugar Sweet Life
Ingredients
4 cups Kale (chopped)
2 cups Sweet Kernel Corn
2 cups SooFoo, cooked (Or Substitute 1/2 brown rice, 1/2 lentils)
2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 can Creamy 3 Cheese Recipe Starter (by Progresso)
1⁄2 cup Milk
1 package Pillsbury Biscuits (I used the Southern Homestyle variety)
Instructions
Cook biscuits according to directions.
Saute kale for 4 minutes in some olive oil, covered. Stir in garlic.
Blend kale with an immersion blender, slowly adding creamy 3 cheese sauce. Return to skillet.
Add in remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium heat for an additional 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve over biscuits.
