Kale & Corn Hash


Kale & Corn Hash | No Sugar Sweet Life


4 cups
Kale (chopped)
2 cups
Sweet Kernel Corn
2 cups
SooFoo, cooked (Or Substitute 1/2 brown rice, 1/2 lentils)
2 tablespoons
Minced Garlic
1 can
Creamy 3 Cheese Recipe Starter (by Progresso)
1⁄2 cup
1 package
Pillsbury Biscuits (I used the Southern Homestyle variety)


  1. Cook biscuits according to directions.
  2. Saute kale for 4 minutes in some olive oil, covered.  Stir in garlic.
  3. Blend kale with an immersion blender, slowly adding creamy 3 cheese sauce.  Return to skillet.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook over medium heat for an additional 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve over biscuits.
