Slow Cooker Tuscan Tortellini | Nosh and Nourish
MuirGlen diced tomatoes and onions (drained)
McCormick's Gourmet Garlic & White Wine Marinade
Asparagus (cut up into 1 inch pieces)
Veggie Broth (or chicken broth)
White Wine (I used Chardonnay, optional)
Basil Leaves (diced)
Water (if needed at the end)
Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
Combine ingredients in a slow cooker, with the exception of the tortellini
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4.
Add tortellini in the last hour, before serving.
Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
