Spinach
1 bunch
Kale (~8 stalks)

Medium Carrots

Golden Delicious Apples
1  
Lemon (peeled)
3  
Slices of Golden Honeydew (could substitute regular melon)

Instructions

  1. Juice all ingredients.
  2. Enjoy!
  3. Watch Shrek (optional)
