Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

   
---FOR THE SMOOTHIE---
3⁄4 cups
Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk

scoop of Vega Protein + Greens powder

fresh cherries (pitted and stems removed)
1 cup
frozen cherries
1  
Frozen Banana
1 tablespoon
Chia Seeds
1⁄2 tablespoon
Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice, optional)
   
--------------FOR TOPPING-----------
   
more fresh cherries (halved)
1 tablespoon
toasted coconut shreds
1 teaspoon
Chia Seeds
1⁄2 tablespoon
chopped dark chocolate (make sure it's dairy-free if you're vegan)

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, combine the smoothie ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and then arrange toppings in a pretty pattern.
  4. Enjoy!
