Balsamic Strawberry Vinaigrette
1⁄2 cupjuicer pulp* (or sub diced strawberries)
1⁄2 cupOlive Oil
4 tablespoonsBalsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoonSea Salt
1⁄2 teaspoonMinced Garlic
6Fresh Basil Leaves
1 1⁄2 tablespoonWater
I used the Strawberry/Pear pulp from my Strawberry Lemonade Juice
- Combine all ingredients in a large measuring cup.
- Use an immersion stick blender (or a blender will work) to puree the dressing.
- Serve over the Strawberry Pesto Salad.
