New Features: PRINT & PIN-IT + {Citrus Pancakes}
Today is a very exciting day for me! Like on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest it's probably a 9.8. Hey, I have to save the 10 for something even MORE EXCITING brewing in my near future :) So today, I'm announcing and introducing a couple new features on the blog that will hopefully delight you and make your user experience so much better: PRINT and PIN-IT. You can now click one button to PRINT the recipe (below) and take it directly to your local grocery store to shop for the ingredients or straight to your kitchen if you already have them. Talk about convenience! And you can now click one button to PIN the recipe (below) directly to your favorite Pinterest board. No more copying a url, logging in to Pinterest, and pasting said url. Nope. Now it's: Easy. Peesy. PIN!!!
I have a couple people to thank for this.

{Citrus Pancakes w/an Orange Mango Cream Sauce}
Would you believe me if I told you there's kale in these delicious pancakes?!
The ingredients for the pancakes involved another HappyTots Plus baby food pouch - this time the Kale, Apple, Mango version. If you missed my PB&J Pancakes, be sure to check them out!
The sauce was super easy too - featuring NuNaturals Orange liquid Stevia, the remaining mango Chobani, and 1/2 Tbsp of honey.
A perfect blend of fruits (and veggies - hello, Kale), full of protein & vitamins... these pancakes feel decadent, but are rather light and dare I say, "healthy."

{Citrus Pancakes w/an Orange Mango Cream Sauce}
Description
Pancakes infused with mango, orange, and kale, topped with a light (but decadent) cream sauce.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients together thoroughly
- Cook pancakes over light heat, flipping halfway through
- Stir sauce ingredients together
- Serve pancakes topped with sauce, and adorn with orange slices (optional)
Yields 6 Pancakes

Lindsay — the pin it button is also a wordpress plugin. I know that Kelly works on Joomla (right?) so it's probably different for her. I'm going to bet that there's a print it plugin too. But custom code works best for both of these.

I need your hubby to lend me his brain and skills for a day! I am SO not savvy about those kinds of things. I'm still trying to "figure out" Pinterest and "the Twitter."

I've been on "The Twitter" for about 2 months now, and am still baffled myself. Facebook seems so much easier. Though I think Twitter is the best way to communicate with "brands."

Are you using a plug in for the pin it and print? Or your recipe insert? I use Easy Recipe for mine and Pin It plug in.
ps- that looks delicious! We LOVE Happy Tot in our household, but I haven't seen Happy Tot PLUS! How cool- going to amazon to see if I can check some out.

I have ONLY found the Happy Tot Plus (which is really new!) at Target. If you can't find it on Amazon, check there. As for the pin/print... my hubby is a web-developer and he created the custom code for me. My site is on Drupal, not Wordpress... so I couldn't use "Easy Recipe"

Hello Kelly....I'm finally doing it, finally commenting on something that has truly touched me, that being your posts! I'm sitting here, with tears, not sure why, maybe because the overwhelming reality of being overweight for a good percent of my adult life has set in! I read your blog and I finally feel inspired and see the small changes I can start to make to be proactive. You show your ingredients and I think, I can buy that, it's local/attainable and I can make that.....I feel motivated!! Thank you for sharing your human moments, letting us know that you struggle even though you've already had such great weight loss, and that each day still requires you to find balance and joy in the journey. Today know you've helped another woman in the world want to be her best self!! Keep up the good work!
