2014 Year in Review + Top Nosh and Nourish Recipes!

2013 was a phenomenal year for me, and 2014 was even better! The biggest accomplishment was writing and completing my first actual cookbook! I haven't shared much about the actual cookbook writing process, but for me it meant 2 days a week, 7 hours a day, 100 recipes, 75+ photos, and a lot of time in the kitchen for 3 months straight. I turned in the final manuscript at the beginning of April, and then began the arduous task of editing, laying out the flow of the book, design, acknowledgements, cooking tips, etc... Fast forward almost a year, and I just received the final printed version in my hands. To say that it's surreal knowing all that work I did is now coming to fruition, would be an understatement! The book will hit store shelves January 15th, and I will be sharing a lot about the book, photos and recipes inside, and giving away 2 signed copies right around the new year.
