Coming up on my one year blogiversary, I was so excited to put together this round-up for 10 amazing kale recipes.          I love kale. I really do. And I love being creative with how to use it.  From juices to chips to soups to even pancakes, kale is a wonderful vegetable to incorporate into your daily life.  Incredibly high in magnesium, calcium, and vitamins A, C, & K, kale delivers such a heavy nutritional punch. You can feel good about eating it and about serving it to your loved ones.  PS. These recipes have all been approved my veggie-hating hubby, so all you kale "skeptics" out there can rest assured: these meals are actually delicious.
